Professional Journey

My path has always been about efficiency and transformation. With over a decade of experience in Engineering Management and Business Analysis, I have led cross-functional teams across Fintech, Healthcare, and Telemedicine sectors. Currently serving as Head of AI at IT SmartFlex, I drive AI strategy and adoption at scale. Previously, at EPAM Systems, I integrated GenAI into SDLC processes for over 100 specialists and designed the AIDD Framework.

Philosophy

I focus on building frameworks, ecosystems, and cultures that empower companies to evolve faster. My goal is to create future-ready organizations that learn, adapt, and lead with purpose—turning technology into strategy and data into value.

Teaching Activities

Since 2022, I have been teaching Business Analysis. Since 2024 - Generative AI. I have graduated 7 groups in Business Analysis at Hillel IT School and 8 groups in AI (author's course). I also taught AI for Project and Product Management at LemBS and IAMPM. I created an AI training program for all BAs at EPAM. Starting in 2026, I will be teaching Business Analysis and AI at the Kyiv School of Economics.
